Cancellation Policy

Upon cancellation of a confirmed reservation less than 30 days prior to the scheduled start date, Søhuset will charge a cancellation fee equivalent to 75% of the confirmed price.
Note! When booking the auditorium, cancellation must be made 60 days prior to the scheduled start date.

Upon cancellation later than 8 days prior the scheduled start date, Søhuset Scion DTU will charge a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the confirmed price.

A less than 10% reduction in number of originally booked participants is free of charge until 24 hours prior to event start; however, weekend or holiday arrangements only until 10:00 on the previous business, day after which cancellations or changes in number of participants will be charged at full price.

Cancelled means cancellation, reduction, shortening, relocation or other substantial changes to the order confirmation.

All cancellations must be made in writing.

Cancellation fee will lapse in case the capacity is sold elsewhere.
