Green Meeting Package

• Søhuset’s healthy breakfast: - Homemade rye rolls, rye bread, lean cold cuts/cheese, home-preserved jams, light yoghurt with muesli, Kontra coffee and Emeyu tea.
• Fresh fruit and iced water in the meeting room
• Green Lunch - buffet or platter (chef’s choice)
• We have reduced the fat but not the taste. Spring water and organic Søbogård juice will be served during lunch (beverages not included)
• The afternoon cake has been replaced by a selection of healthy snacks: - "Healthy" rolls of dried fruit, homemade malt crackers or oat crisps with "dipping", a blend of nuts & dried fruit, healthy fruit salad, smoothies or vegetable juice, cake and biscuits with low sugar contents
• Iced water, Kontra coffee and Emeyu tea at the buffet throughout the day
